We were asked to help with the interiors for a truly magnificent property in Central North Oxford, for an International buy to let investor. To work on a house with such potential, and in such a prime location, was an absolute delight.

We oversaw major refurbishments to the property including a lower ground floor and ground floor glass extension, and a beautifully designed loft conversion looking out over the ‘dreaming spires’ of Oxford.

Working with local architects Perioli Man we were able to add a full height side extension to house bathroom suites. This added extra space to the already well proportioned rooms within the house and created the number of bathrooms expected for modern living.

We were asked to provide both colour and finishes schemes and sourced all of the interior items. The property was designed to be chic, timeless and elegant. It also has all the modern technology you would expect to find and has been rented out to families who have loved calling it their home.
